Der n8bunker wurde im Jahre 1942 im Zuge der Errichtung des italienischen Alpenwalls und der Sperrgruppe Olang Rasen Antholz errichtet. In den 1960er Jahren wurde die Anlage von der NATO reaktiviert. Heute befindet sich im Erdgeschoss das Bunkermuseum und im Untergeschoss werden periodisch Events organisiert.
