PLACCES is the platform for everyone who wants to present their venue professionally and market it directly to people interested in events – whether it’s an event location, conference room, seminar room, coworking space, party room, restaurant, club, outdoor area or sports venue. Whether you’re an owner, operator or agency, PLACCES puts you in front of exactly the audience that is actively searching for the right spaces for their events.
What does PLACCES cost for listing your venue?
Registration and creating your provider profile are free of charge. With the Free Package, you can permanently publish one location and one exposé with up to three images at no cost. For more exposés, images, videos, and advanced presentation options, two service packages are available:
Comfort Package: from €19.90 per month
Premium Package: from €49.90 per month

In which languages can I create my listing?
PLACCES supports both German and English. This allows you to reach international event planners, companies, and agencies who are looking for venues in Germany. Tip: Also create your listing in English so it is visible and easy to understand for international users. PLACCES showcases venues across Germany and internationally – ideal if your location attracts guests from both Germany and abroad.
Can PLACCES create the listing for me?
Yes! If you’d like support, our team can professionally create your listing for you – including text and structure. You can easily book this service online: Book listing creation service. The service costs a one-time fee of €19.90 per listing and saves you valuable time.
Inquiries & Bookings
How do I receive inquiries via PLACCES?
As soon as a user submits an inquiry via the form, you receive an email directly from the requester with all details from the qualified contact form. This allows you to respond to the inquiry quickly and in a targeted way.
Are inquiries binding?
No, all inquiries made via PLACCES are non-binding. You decide whether you want to submit an offer or decline the request.
How quickly should I respond to inquiries?
Speed matters — many users contact several venues at the same time. Ideally, respond within 24 to 48 hours to increase your chances of securing a booking. Please reply to every inquiry, even if you have to decline — this ensures transparency, leaves a professional impression, and strengthens the PLACCES community.
How does the payment work?
Payment is handled directly between you and the customer. PLACCES provides the platform but does not charge any commission on bookings.
How should I handle cancellations?
Cancellations are handled directly between you and the customer. PLACCES is not involved in the payment process; your own cancellation policies apply.
Support, Duration & Map
How is my venue displayed on the map?
PLACCES automatically displays all published venues on an interactive map. This increases your visibility and helps interested users discover venues in their area more quickly.
How long does my contract run?
The paid packages have a fixed term of 12 months in the first year. After that, your contract is automatically extended by 3 months at a time, but you can cancel it at any time with effect at the end of the term. All details regarding terms, prices, and cancellation periods can be found transparently in the provider area or in the plan overview.
I didn’t receive a notification about an inquiry – what should I do?
Please check your spam folder and make sure the email address in your account is up to date. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.
How can I change my login details?
After logging in, you can update your password, email address, and other details at any time under My Profile.
How can I delete my account?
If you would like to delete your account, simply send us a message via the contact form or by email to service@placces.de. We will delete your account and confirm this to you by email.
How secure is my data with PLACCES?
We comply with all requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and store your information securely in our systems. It is used exclusively for marketing your venue – your data is not passed on to third parties.
