How do I find the right location?
First, define the key criteria for your event: Location: In which city or region should your event take place? Type of venue: Are you looking for a loft, castle, outdoor space, conference room, or something else? Number of guests: How many people are you planning for? Our search function helps you quickly find venues that match your needs. You can filter specifically by city, postcode, radius, occasion, and number of guests. Get inspired by our diverse portfolio – on each exposé page you’ll find all the important information about the respective venue.
Can I view locations on a map?
Yes! With the worldwide interactive location map, you can discover event venues at a glance – by city, region or surrounding area. This makes it easy to find inspiring places near you or at your preferred destination. The Location Map clearly shows recommended locations and popular venues – all across Germany and at international destinations as well.
Can I request multiple locations at the same time?
Yes, you can send inquiries to as many event locations as you like at the same time. This way, you’ll receive multiple offers for your event and can compare them directly.
Can I filter locations by catering options?
Yes, on each venue detail page you can see whether catering is offered, required, or if you’re allowed to bring your own catering. This way, you can find locations that perfectly match your needs.
How do I find out if a location is available?
PLACCES provides the platform, but the providers manage their own availability. So please contact the provider directly via the contact form to clarify any details.
Why should I register when searching for locations?
When you register, you can save your favourites list and access it from any device. This way, your favourites and searches won’t be lost, and you can easily return to your selected event locations later.

How do I contact the provider?
Via the contact form on the respective location page. Your inquiry will be sent directly to the provider.
Is my inquiry binding?
No, an inquiry made through PLACCES is non-binding. You can take your time to decide whether you actually want to book the location.
How long does it take to receive a response?
This depends on the provider. Most of them reply within 1–3 days. If you don’t receive a response after a few days, you can send another inquiry or contact a different location.
Why should I specify a budget when making an inquiry?
A budget helps the provider give you realistic offers and make suitable suggestions. This way, you save time and receive targeted feedback. Tip: Please enter a realistic budget. Many providers use it to estimate which services (e.g. venue, technical equipment or catering) might be suitable for you. If your budget covers more than just the venue rental (e.g. including catering or equipment), please mention this briefly in the message field of your inquiry. This helps the provider assess your request more accurately.
Do I incur any costs when making an inquiry via PLACCES?
No. Using PLACCES is completely free for those searching. You only pay the provider once you decide to book a location.
Payment & Cancellation
How does the payment process work?
Payment is made directly to the provider – according to their terms and conditions. PLACCES itself does not charge any fees or commission.
What happens in the event of a cancellation?
Since PLACCES only handles the contact brokerage, the cancellation policies of the respective provider apply. Please clarify these directly with the venue owner before making a booking.
