K26 – Raum für Ideen is not a traditional event space, but rather a think tank at the intersection of culture and business. Located in the Kolonnen-Kiez neighborhood of Berlin-Schöneberg, near Südkreuz, the venue combines urban industrial charm with an open, focused work atmosphere. The space combines a conference venue, co-working space, and discussion area all in one: flexible for use in workshops, seminars, meetings, or exchange formats. The large conference area accommodates up to 99 people and can be customized as well as complemented by a separate workshop room and a lounge for informal conversations. Operated by Lettrétage—Berlin’s anchor institution for the independent literary scene—K26 stands for responsible event planning with a focus on sustainability. Upon request, access to suitable speakers and artists for the supporting program can be arranged. Thanks to the nonprofit organization, every euro of the rent goes directly toward supporting literature—every booking thus actively supports the city’s creative diversity.
K26 is located on Kolonnenstraße in Berlin’s lively Schöneberg neighborhood—central yet laid-back, with an urban atmosphere featuring cafés, small businesses, and creative projects. Transportation links are excellent: buses, S-Bahn, and U-Bahn stations are within walking distance, and Südkreuz station is about a 15-minute walk away. Getting here from the main train station and BER Airport is also straightforward. The surrounding area features numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. The Park am Gleisdreieck and other green spaces offer plenty of room for outdoor breaks. The location combines excellent accessibility with an authentic neighborhood atmosphere—ideal for events with local and international guests.
