Located in the ground floor of the historic Eiswerk on Köpnicker Strasse in Kreuzberg, the retro & design space is the social and collaborative part of the Denizen House. With three different space types, our Denizen House is perfectly suited to host small to medium sized events. Anything from a workshop, private training session, reception, or an art exhibition, we have the right space for you. Get inspired and work with us on the organization of your next event and the creation of great moments! Common Room: This social and collaborative part of the Denizen House is the heart of the experience for our guests. It is suited for meetings, workshops, seminars, receptions or art exhibitions. 150 sqm Seated capacity: 25 Standing capacity: 40 Working Lounge: The back of the House is envisioned as a rather cozy and informal space to hang out, join a book reading or a meeting. This space can easily be used as a break-out area. 120 sqm Seated capacity: 25 Standing capacity: 30 Common Room + Working Lounge: As the both spaces above can be connected in order to create one large space, you can also rent both of them. 270sqm Seated capacity: 50 Standing capacity: 70 Self-Care Studio: Any kind of recreational event, as well as photo shootings, coaching sessions or workshops are suited for this bright space with beautiful lighting. Also, the Self-Care Studio is equipped with showers and changing rooms 110 sqm Seated capacity: 15 Standing capacity: 20 Catering: Let us simplify the organization of your event by providing you with not only the location, but catering as well. Our meals are healthy, delicious and nicely presented, no matter if smaller or larger quantities.
